TELL THE WORLD

Dear Lisa,

I write these words on the sheets of your heart
I pray you not to faint or grow weary of my tale
Please listen with you soul and bear witness with your heart,
He had shadows casted on his eyes
His lids bags hold tears he wouldn’t cry
Nor would he show the darkness locked up in him.
On days he tried “being a man”
His voice was sand in my ears
Troubling the drums that beats his name
Never was there an applause when he speaks
Nonetheless his voice makes my heart wiggle

The angry sun gave his wrinkled lips away
But they were brushes to paint my love on
He worked “The earth” on moon’s day
Without getting a penny or morsel
His forehead bore father’s incomplete hair
His firefly-hands
burns my soul,
Telling me to love him more.

Together,
we hold hands,
As we walked our walk of Shame
Not minding preying eyes human owls
The spite in those eyes could send the sun to sleep
But we care less.

His fleshless muscles,
Bare butt,
With tainted waist
and sleek skin makes me quiver
Quiver with endless delight.
His frogged-long legs intertwine with mine
To burn the hungry candle at both ends
His tongue carries the devil’s trick in a way,
So we are in love.
He gives me shelter with his body
Welcoms my love, that was not enough
Whenever he unclothed himself,
Without spectacles on
My eyes see’s Romeo and I, – Juliet”

Lisa please tell the world
Go tell the world of our
Shameless love that is,
That is protected by the heavens
Heavens that hooked our muse
and marked us as lovers
But don’t forget to tell
Shakespeare to write us poetry
As we continue to age, while loving!

Again tell the world
Our love speaks without words
Writes without ink
Make your heart and voice the music of our rhythm
Tell them of us,
Not in words,
But in knowing what it feels like
For me, your friend to love a broken soul.
