This beaming fluffy animal has delighted and confused the internet in equal measures – as no one seems to know exactly what it is.
A picture of the smiling creature was posted on Reddit and its resemblance to two separate animals caused a lot of confusion.
The caption read: “Somebody brought this bear into doggy day care.”
With opinion split as to whether it was dog or bear, some believed that it was in fact a South American bush dog.
But it couldn’t possibly be that, the happy chappy that was brought into The Dog Spot in Nashville, Tennessee, is far too cute.

As it turns out, the animal is in fact a dog – a Pomeranian mix called Bounce, to be precise.
Dog Spot employee Ryan Horn revealed that he joked about Bounce looking like a bear to his friends before the rest of the Internet got involved.
He told Buzzfeed: “I had texted the one photo to several friends jokingly saying she was a bear.
“One friend, Lanier Basenberg, shared the photo to Reddit… and it just took off from there!”
Dog or bear – we want one.
