Congrats Real Madrid! The Spanish team defeated their comrades Atletico Madrid to win the 2016 UEFA Champions League title.
After a level match and extra time, penalties decided the fate.
After a miss by Athletico, the final penalty was taken by Real star Cristiano Ronaldo and he scored bringing the match to a fitting climax.
