A new teaser trailer for Sherlock Season 4 has been released, showing Benedict Cumberbatch’s titular character in a dark, ominous preview. This season’s villain is played by Toby Jones, and the trailer showcases a face-off with Cumberbatch’s Sherlock Holmes. Season 4 will premiere January 1, 2017.
Trailer released for "Doctor Strange" As part of the ongoing "phase three" of them Marvel Cinematic Universe, actor Benedict Cumberbatch had been tapped to play the one and only Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Stephen Strange. While not necessarily a major character in the MCU in terms of overall popularity, there is a continuing trend in the MCU to give less popular characters their own standalone films (as was the case for Paul Rudd's"Ant-Man," and the upcoming "Black Panther" film starring Chadwick Boseman as the title character).
