The Initiative for Equal Rights (TIERs) and Asurf Films Limited hosted an exclusive premiere for their highly anticipated short film ‘Hell or High Water’, a films based on sexuality and LGBT awareness, Sunday, 5 June, 2016 at Genesis Deluxe Cinema, The Palms, Lekki, Lagos. It is one of the first gay sexuality based films hitting the nigerian airwaves... Jonathan says Nigeria may revisit anti-gay law

Former President Goodluck Jonathan says Nigeria may revisit the anti-gay marriage law which he signed on January 7th 2014. Jonathan said this while speaking at Bloomberg studio today June 6th “When it comes to equality, we must all have the same rights as Nigerian citizens. In the light of deepening debates for all Nigerians and other citizens of the world to be treated equally and without discrimination, and with the clear knowledge that the issue of sexual orientation is still evolving, the nation may at the appropriate time revisit the law” he said

James Franco’s affinity for gay-themed film projects have prompted widespread speculation about his sexuality for years. Now, however, the acclaimed actor-director is coming out. Sort of. In a candid interview with New York magazine, Franco, 37, criticized what he described as the media’s “over focusing” on his sexuality after he explored gay themes onscreen in “Milk,” “I Am Michael“ and behind the camera in “Interior.
