2 Chainz’s Dabbin’ Santa range has returned, this time with some new additions for the holiday season. The original Dabbin’ Santa is back, while those who want to upgrade their Santa Dances can choose the “Hit Em” Santa, “Sauce” Santa or the “Ju Ju” Santa, based off the “TZ Anthem (Juju on That Beat)”. There’s also long-sleeve tees, joggers and baseball caps. Continue reading
Vanskere a menswear design label, based in Nigeria, has released it’s new collection through a diffusion line called “Signore Fusion” which translates to lord of fusion? First off! If I had some Naira to spend on more clothes I would buy all the long sleeves tops, sub the entire trousers, they look awful to be honest. The fitting is not even close to wearable! Did nobody see it, they look like leggings , I mean the top are gorg , and somewhat unique and classic urban. The trousers just killed me, if the trousers were perfected to a reasonable standard then I would consider giving them a second look. Continue reading
It just seems like they dont want Kanye to succeed! Kanye West and adidas recently released a “Turtle Dove” Yeezy 350 and 750 in cleat (football shoes) form. The shoes were first debuted by DeAndre Hopkins, but it looks as if the NFL has banned wearing the shoe on the field. The league has also fined Hopkins $6,000 USD for rocking them because they don’t abide by the NFL’s uniform policy that cleats have to have a solid base color. Hopkins told ESPN that he will refrain from wearing the Yeezy cleats in the future, unless “Kanye wants to pay the fine.”

Finally someone had our complaints! Some of the pieces are quite wearable for the average male or tomboy Nigerian as separates. But we all know that Nigerians can be professional hypocrites at times, I won’t be surprised to find out that Orange Culture biggest market is Nigeria.
The theme: adolescent rejection. Nigeria was a place before the advent of the popular gay protest, where boys or girls could hold their hands and walk down the street and no one would think about their sexuality. Which I fear would undermine of the concept in this lookbook. Continue reading

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on being ‘The Rock’
“The Rock was – still is in fact - the best role I will ever get to play. I was being me, but me turned all the way up to ten. I could say anything, do anything and I would wink and everyone was in on the joke. They got it, I was connecting, it was perfect. Continue reading
As far as the made in Nigeria propaganda goes I am not really in love with the Ankara print, I just think that most of them are just too over colourful! How can one outfit make such noise even more than me? With that said when you get the chance to wear the cool and tasteful ones, like the type Noble has on it is certainly worth the money and stress combine.
What do you guys thinks?
Only if more Nigerians would dress like Denrele, this fuel wahala would stop!
Awesome BellaNaija writer Richard Akuson recently collaborated with photographer Istifanus Zamani, creative director Russell Solomon and designer Aisha Abu-bakr Luxury Designs (AALD) for this bum short browntrophe, I personally love the idea of the shoot but you could that it wasn’t styled well and the clothe was just awkwardly unfaltering on him. Loose denim or cotton bum shorts should have been considered for the shoot, my problem is not with the clothes, pls whose idea was it to pair brown oxford shoes with black socks?

Ok by now you guys should know that I am a pretty hardworking lazy fella whose best pastime is sleeping!
Finally guys I went to the fashion hospital and they gave me a botox to cure sorry to temporarily reduce my laziness, so that I could actually do something! I basically grab my other lazy brother from his bed, grabbed my dad’s shirt and my mom’s jalabila/tunic (hmm funny spelling) and some cool sneakers to do this shoot. Guess what after the shoot I couldn’t even upload it, I was too lazy again making you guys to wait two whole days. I NEED A DOCTOR!
The shoot was inspired from my current frustration with Orange Culture and my bittersweet relation with black and white. See more below…
