With a State that has a revenue of less than N6 billion… Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State, on Tuesday presented a budget estimate of N132,702,296,295 billion to the State House of Assembly for the 2017 fiscal year.
The budget proposal which is N13,993,888,823 billion less than the 2016 estimate, according to the Governor was as a result of continuous fall in the revenue accruing from the Federal Allocation due to the fall in price of oil as well as the oil output resulting from the crisis in the Niger Delta.

Last week, Kwara State Governor, Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed, performed the groundbreaking of Harmony Hub, Kwara State’s version of the popular Computer Village, in Ilorin. The entire project is estimated to cost 500 million Naira.
