Kaduna Gov bans all religious procession owing Army/Shiite clash
Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai has placed a ban on all forms of religious procession in the state following last Saturday December 12th clash between the Nigerian Army and Shiite members. Nasir made the announcement during a state-broadcast today. “We have witnessed sad events in Zaria. There have been tragic consequences and needless loss of lives, and we extend our condolences to the families that have been affected.
