UNIJOS suspends lecturer allegedly caught cheating during a Master’s degree exams

The University of Jos has suspended an associate professor of law, who was allegedly caught cheating during an examination on May 4, Premium Times reports Benedicta Dauda, a former head of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of the Faculty of Law was allegedly caught copying from a prepared answer during an examination for a Master’s degree in Research and Public Policy in the Faculty of Social Sciences. Nigeria Signs 5 bilateral Agreements With France

Nigeria and France have signed five bilateral agreements on Cultural, Scientific Education and Technical Cooperation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama said on Saturday. Onyeama, who made this known to State House correspondents in Abuja, said the five bilateral agreements were signed in a closed-door meeting between President Muhammadu Buhari and the visiting French President, Francois Hollande.
