Floyd Mayweather Jr. v Andre Berto
It’s official, Floyd Mayweather has made history, well not really but something at least. He’s now tied Rocky Marciano’s famous perfect record of 49 wins and zero losses as a professional fighter. "My career’s over. It’s official," Mayweather said in the ring. "You’ve got to know when to hang it up." Mayweather thanked God and the fans for the victory and added that Berto has heart. As predicted, Floyd dominated the bout, encountering little resistance on his way to a record-setting performance before winning a unanimous decision against Andre Berto with scores of: 117-111, 118-110, and 120-108.
