Victoria’s Secret beauty Candice Swanepoel was walking in the Friday Givenchy show during New York Fashion Week when she took a forbidden rite of passage on the runway, apparently she tripped up by the undone laces of her shoes.
As a professional, after been helped she dusted of the shame and pain and walked the runway like as if Naomi Campbell fell beside her.
She was in good company: fellow model Pooja Mor fell later in the same show, while coming down a small flight of steps on the runway.
As Swanepoel stepped off the runway, she made a little tumbling motion with her hand, and she quickly made light of the accident on Instagram.
“Thank you to who ever picked me up off the runway tonight,” she wrote. “Left with little scratches but mostly a bruised ego.”
