I was sitting at a relaxation spot close to a lawn in the evening with the breeze blowing and the evening birds chirping. I was about falling asleep when I saw two blind men walking to a grocery store with their guidecane as the only guide. What kept me from sleeping was the fact that they were discussing cheerfully, full of joy and admiration for each other. I keenly stared at them [unknown to them though] watching how the adjusted their guide canes and body up the stairs helping each other through life’s struggle. When on was at the peak of the stairs, he called out to the other and assisted him till they both went in and out with groceries of course.

I took a moment to think, I just witnessed what unity was, what transparency truly is, what loyalty means. Though they were blind, their heart could see clearly. They knew they needed each other to pass through life’s struggle and they did that cheerfully.

Let’s visit the world of those who have sight for a moment, what do we have? Is it anything compared to what they got? Yes we are at an advantage, how well do we use that? It doesn’t matter if everyone does the same thing, you can choose to be different.
