The Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki, has read out the ministerial list complied by President Muhammadu Buhari. The names which are causing outrage on social media in Nigeria, read out by Saraki were Abubakar Malami, Abdurahman Dambazzau, Aisha Alhassan, Lai Mohammed, Adebayo Shittu, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Udo Udoma and Ibrahim Jibril. Peter Fabiyi,32, was on Wednesday, September 30, sentenced to 3 years and nine months in prison by Blackfriars Crown Court after he masturbated and ejaculated over a woman while on a London Underground train. Fabiyi committed the offence on Wednesday, July 2014.
