Delhi has banned half the cars on its roads to combat dangerous pollution

Just weeks after Beijing declared its first red alert status and initiated emergency restrictions to combat dangerous smog levels, another of the world's most polluted capitals has implemented similar measures. Delhi, the capital territory of India, has embarked upon a two-week trial designed to halve the number of privately owned cars on public roads. NFF Head of Protocol shot dead in his home in Abuja this morning

Things are getting tough for some people.... The Head of Protocol, Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Ibrahim Abubakar, was shot dead by armed robbers at his residence in Abuja in the early hours of today January 6th. Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro's together with her husband arrived at the London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon to begin her constructive dismissal case against the club. The preliminary hearing will take place today & is expected to be in private before an employment judge. The 42yr old doctor was dropped from first-team duties after Mourinho criticized her and first-team physio Jon Fearn for going onto the pitch to treat Eden Hazard on the opening day of the season.
