Fashion Alert: Richard Mofe-Damijo In Mystic White

Richard Mofe-Damijo is all white in this traditional Nigerian attire locally called Agbada but the main oga in his look is the mysterious gold watch, we loved the way he styled it with a beaded necklace, patent loafers and the traditional cap.  But, to me the black glasses were an overkill to me, he should have gone with another another colour or lost it entirely. Google is working on beaming high-speed wireless internet into your home

It’s been five years since Google launched its Fiber broadband service, which has given selected US cities access to a super-fast alternative to what’s being offered by tech villains Comcast and Time Warner Cable. And now, the CEO of Google Access (the company that oversees Fiber), Craig Barrett, has announced that they’re working on a plan to beam wireless broadband directly into homes across the US, telling re/code rather mysteriously, "[W]e are experimenting with a number of different wireless technologies." Dilma Rousseff impeachment: what happens next in Brazil

Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff suffered a crushing defeat on Sunday as a hostile and corruption-tainted congress voted to impeach her. In a rowdy session of the lower house presided over by the president’s nemesis, house speaker Eduardo Cunha, voting ended late on Sunday evening with 367 of the 513 deputies backing impeachment – comfortably beyond the two-thirds majority of 342 needed to advance the case to the upper house. UK firm ’employed former child soldiers’ as mercenaries in Iraq

A former senior director at a British firm says that it employed mercenaries from Sierra Leone to work in Iraq because they were cheaper than Europeans and did not check if they were former child soldiers. James Ellery, who was a director of Aegis Defence Services between 2005 and 2015, said that contractors had a “duty” to recruit from countries such as Sierra Leone, “where there’s high unemployment and a decent workforce”, in order to reduce costs for the US presence in Iraq.
