Australian actor, Chris Hemsworth’s younger brother, Liam Hemsworth covered the current issue of GQ Australia where he talked about his relationship with Miley Cyrus. He said they needed a break when they called off their engagement in 2013. He said the decision was tough but it was the right thing to do at that time.
He said.
‘Of course it was hard, man.’ But at the time we were going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen.’.’We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that.’
The 26 year old actor has since reconciled with 23 year old singer, Miley Cyrus who has gone back to wearing the 3.5 carat engagement ring Liam gave her in 2012.
When asked about the current state of his relationship with Miley, he said:
‘People will figure it out, they already have…They’re not dumb.’
