Condé Nast to Launch Vogue Arabia

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — This autumn, Condé Nast International will launch a Vogue Arabia edition, with Saudi Princess Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz as its editor-in-chief, marking the publisher’s long awaited move into the Middle Eastern market. Condé Nast, which has partnered with Dubai-based media company Nervora, will first launch a website in Arabic and English to develop further insight into its audience spanning the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The dual language website will be followed by a print magazine in spring next year.

Donatella Versace opens grand new luxury resort in Dubai (photos)

Chief designer and Vice President of the Versace group, Donatella Versace, 61, has opened the doors to the fashion house's luxury resort in Dubai which she helped design. Billed as 'the most luxurious hotel in the Middle East', the five-star Palazzo Versace Dubai is meant to look like a 16th-century Italian palace with subtle traces of Arabian architecture and vaulted ceilings hand-detailed in gold. Serena Williams beats Angelique Kerber to claim 7th Wimbledon title

Tennis Champion Serena Williams finally clinched a record 22nd grand slam singles title in the Wimbledon final today. The world number one is now tied with Steffi Graf at the top of the open era women's champions list and just two short of Margaret Court's all-time record of 24 titles.
