Ada Osakwe, 2014 Forbes 20 Youngest Power Women in Africa, Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow of the Africa Leadership Institute and a fellow of the African Leadership Network (ALN) was just told a few hours ago that her artistic and somewhat concept store had been marked for Lagos state demolition and before she could drive to the shop it was destroyed.
And the Lagos state government came prepared, they had a bulldozer, and polices officers armed with guns ready to carry out the not so legal act unashamedly. You would think for a second that they were destroying a boko haram hideout.

Around 1:12 pm, Ada received another image from their whatsapp group. The store staff were on the building trying to remove the NULI JUICE logo from the building top in an attempt to rescue it from the impending demolition. That’s when it started occurring to her that this was quite serious.
Immediately she drove down to the store to see what exactly was going on. And what she saw was mind shattering, some might say, oh well there is a Nuli shop in Abuja she will still go on, what about her oustanding or loans if she had any and remember Nuli wasn’t the only affected, Nuli was just the most popular, being the hangout spots for the likes of Denola grey and Yagazie.
