Imagine boarding a night bus to Lagos city, you paid an outrageous N7,600 for the trip, because you were promised a comfortable sleeper bus with an Air Conditioner and security, first of all no AC as promised then some people were refunded N800 and others didn’t get anything. The sleeper bus you were promised was magically turned into this rotten metal box, so every one hour the bus breaks down and the company did not prove a mechanic nor an additional bus to pick you up.
It gets worse just after passing Okene, Kogi State (the robbing point) the bus breaks down at 1am, and you waited while other company buses pass you by laughing at you for choosing ABC, not until 4am, that’s after preventing jungle justice law on the driver of the bus and the bus itself, the bus began to move again, but this time breaking down every ten minutes.
It was then that you noticed the contract on the ticket saying that they will not be held for anything that happens to you on that bus, even if it is their fault, please how it this company still operating in Nigeria!
It is time to sue them!
