Indian boy cheats death after being impaled by four foot steel rod (graphic)

For 10-year-old Aman Vishwakarma from Uttar Pradesh, India, his terrifying brush with death could be described as nothing less than a miracle. The youngster cheated death when he fell off 12ft off a roof and got impaled by a 4ft metal rod. The rod entered his body at the thigh and exited through the back. Militants continue bombing in Delta, blow up flow station & Chevron pipelines

Looks like militants are taking advantage of the call for the arrest Tompolo to cause mayhem in the Niger Delta region. Today, they continued with their bombing of oil installations in Warri South West LGA of Delta. They reportedly blew up the Abiteye flow station and Sagara to Chevron pipelines. Many residents of the area have fled while some are said to be trapped. Tompolo has since denied being involved in the bombings

Women crying over her death A 9-year-old girl was raped to death by yet to be identified persons in Elele Community of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State. The girl whose name was simply given as Miracle was abducted at about 5 pm on Wednesday, 13 January by yet to be identified rapists while returning from an errand for her mother. Eyewitnesses said that her mother had sent her to buy some food stuffs for her within the busy Elele Roundabout, but she never returned.
