Rashidi Ladoja, the ex-governor of Oyo state, has stated that a former president Olusegun Obasanjo is “the biggest Nigerian” and “the greatest African after Nelson Mandela”. Daily Post reports that the governorship candidate of the Accord Party in the last election in Oyo state expressed his opinion during an interaction with journalists at his Bodija residence in Ibadan.
