Former minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has been granted administrative bail by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following hours of questioning.
The anti-graft agency had invited Fani-Kayode to answer questions on an alleged N840 million he received during the 2015 presidential campaign, of which he served as spokesman for the former president Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation.
In honour of the invitation, Fani-Kayode was said to have arrived the EFCC headquarters in a police convoy around 9.45am on Monday, May 9, 2016.
In addition to the administrative bail he was granted, he was asked to provide sureties who must be two serving directors with landed property in Abuja.
