Lidudumalingani Wins 2016 Caine Prize for African Writing

Lidudumalingani has just been announced winner of the 2016 Caine Prize for African Writing for his short story titled “Memories We Lost.” The announcement was made at the award ceremony, which took place this evening at the Bodleian Library in Oxford. “‘Memories We Lost’ tells the emotionally charged story of a girl who acts as protector of her sister, whose serious mental-health problems cause consternation in a South African village. Nigerian Writer Ggbenga Adesina’s Featured in New York Times Magazine

Gbenga Adesina first came under our radar in 2014 when he submitted a poem titled “Rediscovery,” a beautiful piece that we went on to publish on Brittle Paper . He continued writing and getting his work out there in various platforms. UK Envoy Says #Brexit vote Presents Nigerian Companies Opportunity to enter UK Market

John Howell (M) during the “Bell Ringing Ceremony” at the NSE John Howell, the United Kingdom (UK) Trade and Investment Envoy to Nigeria, has said that Britain will strengthen its trade ties with Nigeria.
