Google Maps can now tell you where you parked your car

"Hey dude, where's my car", I saw it in Davido's house. Never again and I say never again will you have to be the confused and frustrated car finder, courtesy of a new Google Maps feature that lets you save your parking location on a map. Originally launched as part of a Google Maps beta (and only on Android) in March 2017, the feature just went live on Android and iOS. (more…)

Buhari Is A Friday President Says Fayose

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has said that Nigerians did not elect General Muhammadu Buhari to function as a “Friday President”, adding that Buhari was now acting more like a ceremonial and part-time President. The governor, who said he was glad that his constructive criticism was getting to the President and his handlers, noted that it was not enough for the President of a country like Nigeria to be seen in public only while attending Friday Jumat service at the Presidential Villa, videos of his activities should be made public too. 7 Nigerian students to fly country’s flag at first global robot Olympics

Just this summer, no fewer than seven students from both public and private schools will showcase their creative skills at the First Global Robot Challenges slated to hold in Washington, the United States of America with 149 other nations. The students who are presently based in a tech studio, according to the promoters, were picked from different schools in Lagos. Many of them, it was learnt, have represented Nigeria in similar competitions in the past. (more…)
