Pope Francis prays for over 150 victims of Syria terror attacks, asks God to ‘convert hearts’ of ISIS extremists

Pope Francis has asked God to 'convert the hearts of those who sow death and destruction' following a series of deadly attacks by the Islamic State group (ISIS) in Syria. While speaking during his weekly audience in St Peter's Square, on Wednesday, May 25, the pontiff prayed for "eternal rest to the victims" and "consolation to their relatives" after suicide attacks in the regime's coastal heartland that killed more than 150 people on Monday. DStv removes “I Am Cait” after Complaints from Nigerians

For the second time, MultiChoice Nigeria has removed a transgender-themed show from DStv and GOtv. Last year, it was “I Am Jazz“, a docuseries on a transgender teen and now it is Caitlyn Jenner‘s show “I Am Cait“. Popular reality television programme, “I am Cait” which airs on the E! Channel will no longer show in Nigeria following complaints by Nigerians. (more…)
