Three teenagers and a 20-year-old were on Thursday arrested by operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Akwa Ibom state police command for being in possession of a human skull. According to Vanguard, the suspects Emmanuel Edet Ikot, 17; Ubong Udong, 18; Bright Effiong Okon, 19 and Okon Ita, 20, said that were looking for a buyer. (more…)

Koffi Olomide was caught on camera assaulting one of his dancers after landing in Nairobi, Kenya today. The 60-year-old Congolese soukous singer and dancer, accompanied by his wife and a group of dancers, landed at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport to a rousing reception by a group of Kenyan fans waiting to receive him. HBO has confirmed that “Game of Thrones” Season 7 will consist of seven episodes, set to shoot later this summer. As Variety first reported, executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are eyeing two shortened seasons to end the hit fantasy show, with Season 8 expected to be somewhere between 6 or 8 episodes. Production will be based in Northern Ireland, with additional portions filmed in Spain and Iceland. Season 7 is slated to premiere in summer 2017, later than its usual April start date. (more…)
