The All Progressives Congress (APC)-led federal government has begun the process of fulfilling its campaign promise of recruiting 500,000 teachers across the country. Laolu Akande, spokesman of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday.
