Jermaine Jackson, co-lead singer of global music brand, Jackson 5 and elder brother of late king of pop, Michael Jackson on Friday confirmed readiness to participate at the star-studded Jazz concert being put together by the Lagos State Government in commemoration of the 2016 International Jazz Day. The concert, which is to be hosted by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, will hold at the Lagos House in Alausa, Ikeja on Saturday, April 30 by 5pm. University of Ibadan students cook outside their school gate following school closure

A student sent these photos in and wrote; "Since the school management told us to vacate the halls of residence for staging a very peaceful protest against the rustication of a student (Mote) because he participated in a peaceful protest in one of the halls (independence hall) and poor state of electric and water supply, uites have also decided to stay back in school, we don't have any plan of going anywhere!.In fact we re currently at the school gate where we are actually cooking something really delicious ...
