Papers obtained by Sahara Reporters from the DSS indicate that Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the IPOB, did not have arms in possession on October 15, 2015, when DSS agents arrested him. Seriake Dickson, governor of Bayelsa state, was in tears after learning of the death of 14 people during Saturday’s supplementary governorship election, his media aide, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, has said.
