Nnamdi Kanu apologises to Pres. Buhari, Jonathan, Igbo elders

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and founder of Nnamdi Kanu, has according to Punch expressed regret for referring to President Muhammadu Buhari as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile in his radio broadcasts. Kanu, who was charged along with two others by the Federal Government before a Federal High Court in Abuja on six counts of treason and other offences, said he intended to write a private letter to Pres. Mikel Obi: Chelsea atmosphere’s much better now than under Jose Mourinho

Chelsea and Nigeria midfielder John Mikel Obi says Chelsea is much more happier under Guus Hiddink and have a better atmosphere in the team than under former manager Jose Mourinho, who was removed by the club owner, Roman Abramovich, before Chelsea's 3-1 victory over Sunderland on 19 December. FG reduces fuel price by 50 kobo per litre

The federal government yesterday reduced the pump price of petrol from N87 to N86.50k per litre with effect from January 1st. In a statement signed by the‎ executive secretary of the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) Farouk Ahmed in Abuja, FG said that the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) retail stations will sell at N86 per litre, while retail outlets owned by oil marketers will sell at N86.50k per litre. ‎ (more…)
