If Buhari doesn’t perform, stone us- APC chieftain, Tony Momoh says

A chieftain of APC and former Minister of Information, Tony Momoh, says Nigerians should stone him and his party members if President Buhari fails to deliver on his electoral promises. He said this in an interview with Leadership newspaper "You have heard the President said he is the one that Nigerians voted for and he is responsible to them not to me or you. Aisha Buhari at the general hospital Kubwa , gives out Christmas gifts to patients

The wife of the President, Aisha Buhari on Friday, Christmas day visited the general hospital Kubwa to celebrate with the patients and give them Christmas gifts. Whilst there Mrs Buhari attributed her visit to the spirit of Christmas which is a time for giving. She told the patients that even though they are not celebrating at home with their families they are not forgotten. Alabama Declares State of Emergency as Flooding From Storms Continues

ATLANTA — Gov. Robert Bentley of Alabama declared a state of emergency on Friday as heavy rain and flooding paralyzed areas in the central and northern parts of the state. After the governor’s declaration, a tornado touched down in southwest Birmingham, where city officials said at least one person was injured. Lt. Sean Edwards, a spokesman for the Birmingham police, said he knew of no fatalities. (more…)
