Tukur Buratai, the chief of army staff said it was the will of God that saved him from being assassinated on Saturday by members of the Shiites Muslim sect. A final year Psychology student of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Olumuyiwa Ewarawon, has been allegedly murdered by a suspected paramilitary organization operating in the University. Two of the suspects have reportedly been arrested. It was gathered that the deceased, who was the only son of his mom, lived in a private hostel outside the school campus and was reportedly attacked by suspected cadet officers.
