Samsung Tizen phones coming to Africa

Samsung is planning to bring its Tizen-powered phones to Africa. According to a new report, the upcoming Samsung Z2 will be launched in African countries like South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya, in addition to some Asian markets including India, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. Computers will require more energy than the world generates by 2040

Scientists have predicted that unless radical improvements are made in the way we design computers, by 2040, computer chips will need more electricity than what our global energy production can deliver. The projection could mean that our ability to keep pace with Moore's Law – the idea that the number of transistors in an integrated circuit doubles approximately every two years – is about to slide out of our grasp. Yahoo Has Been Sold For $4.83 Billion

Yahoo as we know it has been sold to Verizon for $4.83bn marking the end of an era for a company that once defined the internet. Verizon won the bid after a five-month auction that includes all of Yahoo’s search, communications and digital content products/services. The sale does not include Yahoo’s cash, nor its stakes in Alibaba Group Holdings and Yahoo Japan.
