Imagine boarding a night bus to Lagos city, you paid an outrageous N7,600 for the trip, because you were promised a comfortable sleeper bus with an Air Conditioner and security, first of all no AC as promised then some people were refunded N800 and others didn't get anything. The sleeper bus you were promised was magically turned into this rotten metal box, so every one hour the bus breaks down and the company did not prove a mechanic nor an additional bus to pick you up.
