Kendrick Lamar Covers ‘GQ Style’ Magazine, Sees Himself Doing a Non-Rap Album in the Future

GQ already revealed that Kendrick Lamar would be the cover story for its Style holiday issue. To make the feature a bit more interesting, the popular men’s interest publication produced a video where the West Coast rapper gets interviewed by legendary music producer Rick Rubin. In it, Lamar expands on his To Pimp a Butterfly album, studying Eminem as a child, and entertaining the idea of possibly doing an album where he doesn’t rap. Imagine that. (more…)
