President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed 18 new permanent secretaries as replacement for those that were forcefully retired earlier on Tuesday. Special assistant to the president on media and publicity, Garba Shehu, disclosed the appointment. He also revealed the approved list of the redeployed sitting permanent secretaries.
