Will Smith Finally Speaks on boycotting the Oscars

The 47 year old actor broke his silence as he poured out his heart in an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America. He revealed his wife Jada did not consult him before releasing video calling for boycott of the Oscars, but admitted she may have been motivated by his Oscar snub and that either ways she would still have made the video. The Actor has joined his wife Jada Pinkett, Spike Lee, Lupita Nyong’o, David Oyelowo, and George Clooney, among many others in calling out the Academy Awards for its all-white slate of acting nominees.  In the interview he said

Whoopi Goldberg against Oscars boycott by black entertainers

The veteran actress on her show 'The View' explained why she is against the boycott of Oscar Awards by the black community. One of her reason is because she thinks that it would be a "slap in the face" of Chris Rock who is hosting the event.
