Well, now we know one actress who won't be wearing Chanel at the Oscars. According to WWD, celebrated actress Meryl Streep was planning on wearing a grey silk Chanel gown from the recent Haute Couture collection to the 2017 Oscars on Sunday. However, after asking for — and being granted — a custom adjustment to the dress' neckline, the "Florence Foster Jenkins" star declined to wear it after finding another designer who would pay her to wear their design on the red carpet. alleged... Oh Yeah! Chris Rock Will be Hosting the 88th Academy Awards Next Year!

We are so happy that this funny black dude by name Chris Rock is going to host the Oscars in 2016! The 88th Academy Awards will be broadcast live from the Hollywood & Highland Centre in Hollywood on Feb. 28th 2016. The star is very excited to be back hosting as he commented on the news via Twitter – “I’m so glad to be hosting the Oscars. I’s great to be back“.
