South African President, Jacob Zuma, was rushed off stage earlier today after the tent he was attending a function in collapsed. President Zuma was speaking at a National day of reconciliation when a strong storm swept the marquee forcing it to fall. There have been no reports of people injured in the incident. South Africa is on a move to legalize the cultivation of marijuana for medicinal purposes in April 2017. This comes after the Parliament’s health committee accepted to implement the Medical Innovation Bill. A bill which was proposed by late Dr. Mario Ambrosini of Inkatha Freedom Party in 2013.
