This photo of children in the boot of a moving car sends the Internet crazy today.
According to some social media sources, these children were seen somewhere in Port harcourt, along with the individual driving the car.
This is a serious case of child abuse. We’re wondering if any road safety/law enforcement officials saw this at all? Totally unacceptable. Not the first this is happening….
