Davidson Obennebo started his journey as a young boy with hopes and dreams of becoming a model. That dream came to past as he competed in the Elite Model Look Nigeria 2016 and won the title.
Recently he was flown out of Nigeria with the female winner Omoh Momoh to compete in the biggest model search in the world, Elite Model Look World 2016 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Competing with 62 world finalists, representing 36 countries around the globe, Davidson believed he had a chance of winning, with the supportive, positive and inspiring comments all over Instagram.
On the 23rd of November 2016, after several hours of judging these 62 contestants based on the walk, appearance, confidence and looks, Davidson emerged the winner of Elite Model Look World Final 2016 along side Jana Tvrdikova.
This makes him the first Black model ever to win Elite Model Look world finals in 33years. We never saw this come and once again, Nigeria is on the map for great achievements. We cannot be more proud of Davidson Obennebo, the man who made history.
